Population and setting: 100 participants with communication videos from the 199-person SHAPER-PND trial.
What was found: The secondary analysis reported improvements in some maternal communication measures after singing.
Limits and applicability: Selected video subsample; same underlying trial as C43. Do not count this as another independent prevention trial or a guarantee of attachment.
