Useful evidence needs honest boundaries.
Research should make decisions clearer, not make uncertainty disappear.
What this library is
An AI-assisted, targeted evidence review and public product research preview. It is not a registered systematic review, a clinical guideline or a service that assesses individual patients. Sources were checked through September 13, 2026. Independent clinician review has not yet occurred.
What the labels mean
Supported: stronger relevant evidence or authoritative guidance, within stated scope. Promising: an encouraging but limited or context-specific signal. Mixed: conflicting or null results. Limited: small, indirect, secondary or observational findings. Unsupported: insufficient evidence for the proposed claim. Avoid: a caution where risk or missing safety information makes casual recommendation inappropriate. These are editorial judgments, not formal GRADE ratings.
What stays attached to a claim
The population, timing, delivery model, endpoint, numerical result where verified, uncertainty and original source. Prevention is not treatment. A symptom score is not a diagnosis or remission. An association is not causation. A product inspired by research is not the intervention that was studied.
Negative results are not footnotes
Null primary outcomes, exploratory analyses and conflicting reviews remain visible. We do not multiply effect sizes to invent a personalized probability or an immunity guarantee.
Review before medical indexing
Medical articles and evidence previews use noindex and are excluded from the indexable sitemap. A real reviewer, date, credential and reviewed content version are required before changing that. We do not invent medical bylines or endorsement badges.
Conflicts and stories
Research may have funding or commercial conflicts; these should be considered. Public recovery accounts are experiences, not controlled evidence or endorsements of our product. Promotional use requires permission. We do not use criminal tragedies or fear of harming a baby as a sales angle.
