Evidence and support

The First-Year Chapter

A twelve-week guided beginning, then room for the story to keep growing. Choose what fits; no catch-up work.

Research preview · selected sources rechecked September 14, 2026 · independent clinical review pending. These editorial assessments are not formal GRADE ratings. No study here establishes an effect of Brighter Postpartum.

A guide, not a happiness deadline.

This is an original support-program design, not a tested treatment. Practical tools work now in the creative preview; automated delivery and coordination are not live. Care is available throughout, not reserved for week six.

Week 1

We are figuring this out

Practical help and room to be new at this.

Keep the village useful

Support that continues as routines change.

We can change the plan.

Week 8

The real middle

Making room for more than one feeling.

One small action: Try a believable both-can-be-true sentence, or skip it.

Love and difficulty can fit in one day.

Practice ideas: G02

Week 9

A new rhythm

Prepare for the next transition.

One small action: Name one changing routine and agree on practical help.

A different rhythm is not failure.

Practice ideas: G09 · G10

Week 10

Something that helped

Meaning without turning a personal story into a prescription.

One small action: Name one thing that felt useful and its context.

Optional creation: An optional adult-facing story.

My experience does not have to be universal to matter.

Practice ideas: G11

Week 11

A letter for later

We do not need a perfect timeline.
