Population and setting
199 mothers with EPDS at least 10; ten weeks of in-person singing versus community-activity signposting.
What was found
Between-group EPDS differences were not significant at weeks 6/10. Later post-hoc comparisons favored singing: week 20 difference -1.59; week 36 -1.56.
Limits and applicability
Week-36 retention was 66% versus 38%; estimates depend on missing-data handling. Symptom effects are not remission or proof of AI music.
