Population and setting: 146 women preparing for vaginal delivery; combined intervention during labor and shortly after.
What was found: EPDS-based status favored the intervention at one week; no significant difference remained at six weeks.
Limits and applicability: Cannot isolate music from acupressure. A one-week screen overlaps the baby-blues period and is not a confirmed diagnosis or durable prevention result.
