The planner, games, film maker, photo cards, and letters process their drafts on your device. They do not upload media or send it to an AI provider. Unsaved drafts may clear on refresh. Downloads remain on your device until removed, and are not encrypted.

Hosted accounts and family access

Where the account service is configured, sign-in uses Supabase Auth and a code sent to your email. Provider access and refresh tokens are encrypted in server storage; an HttpOnly cookie identifies your application session. An email account does not automatically confer family membership. Parents authorize membership; captains and helpers receive limited roles. Gift buyers and merchants never receive family access through purchasing or listing an offer.

Saved private stories

Saving a chapter submits the words and resized photo you explicitly choose to your account. The application encrypts stored records and decrypts them when serving you. This is not end-to-end encryption. The saved-book service is not a backup of your original photographs. You can edit, export and delete your saved chapters. Your village, gift buyer, and merchants cannot read your account book.

AI and communication

Free-text AI coordination is optional and requires explicit consent and a configured provider. Raw chat is not saved in the shared village or forwarded to helpers. The provider still processes it under its own terms; store:false does not establish universal zero retention. Practical actions require your approval or current, narrowly scoped standing permission.

Transactional request email separately requires a verified address, opt-in and a configured sending service. Queueing, provider acceptance, delivery and actually receiving help are different events. Quiet hours, current membership and consent are checked before submission. No clinical scores, private journal text, or baby photos belong in request notices. This site is not an emergency monitoring service.

Business offers

Businesses submit offers for review. Publication is not clinical vetting or a guarantee of service suitability. Browsing uses your selected category and area, never a symptom profile. Offer codes are personal possession codes: show them only to the relevant business. Businesses receive redemption confirmation, not family contact lists or private health information. Platform-only and sponsored labels require separately verified agreements.

Purchases, inclusions and refunds

Checkout stays unavailable until hosted payment and fulfillment verification. When opened, the $99 one-time First-Year Chapter provides up to 24 saved photo-and-letter chapters and a downloadable digital book. No therapy, childcare, meals, physical printing, AI song generation, or automatic renewal is included. Free games and local creative tools remain free. Request a refund within 30 days of purchase through the support contact below; the stated refund offer must be operationally staffed before sales open. Refunds remove further paid capacity but do not hide or delete existing stories or prevent their export.

Retention and deletion

Deleting a village removes its canonical household record and associated app notification records; it does not automatically delete a separate private account book or accounting records. Already sent emails, redeemed merchant services and downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Individual saved chapters can be deleted in the app. Full account deletion, provider backups and accounting retention are handled through a verified support request. The operator must finalize and publish the actual retention periods before opening public registration; no unsupported backup-erasure claim is made.

No tracking pixels or clinical scoring

Generic recommendations contain no private invitation, child image, family name or health response. Sharing is optional and never a condition for help. We do not scrape address books or publish family profiles. Hosting, authentication, email and payment providers process the technical data needed for those selected services. We use privacy-respecting Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page views collected only on the public home, resources, partners and privacy pages; it does not use cookies, record private inputs, or include query-string URLs. The analytics filter rejects private paths, query or fragment URLs, and noncanonical origins. The site sends no referrer to analytics or other origins. No claim of medical efficacy, independent security certification or HIPAA compliance is made.
