For community leaders

A village is a verb.

Help people practice showing up, without turning the mother into the project manager.

A 45-minute gathering
with something to take home.

Use this original practical workshop with a group that welcomes it. No disclosure of mental-health history or faith commitment is required. A faith-centered reflection is optional, not a condition of help.

This is not the ROSE or Mothers & Babies clinical curriculum, trained-peer counseling, or a partnership with any named organization.

The complete session

  1. Welcome: no need to perform or disclose.
  2. Choose a job to remove, reduce or delegate.
  3. Practice a whole-job offer and a comfortable decline.
  4. Try a short optional reset or keep a sentence.
  5. Put real care and local-resource contacts within reach.
  6. Leave with one agreed next step and no sharing quota.
