Blueberry, tryptophan and tyrosine: primary versus exploratory findings

A randomized trial of a supplement combination missed its primary mood-induction endpoint. An exploratory postpartum-blues score improved. That distinction is central to interpreting the claim.

The important distinction

Baby blues is not the same outcome as diagnosed postpartum depression. Timing around the first days after birth does not justify a DIY high-dose amino-acid protocol. Conflicts of interest also matter.
